Kenwyn Davids is one of the best comedians in Cape Town.
He hails from Mitchells Plain and has grown and progressed rapidly since starting his journey on the comedy circuit blowing away audiences young and old from day one. He is one of the hardest working comics on the circuit, always looking for ways to polish up his comedy act and his growing reputation is testament to that.
Kenwyn has been a regular featured act at the legendary Cape town Comedy Club (formerly Jou ma se Comedy Club) He has won the Chilli Bar open mic competition three times in a row and was a runner up in the Grand Comedy Challenge.
Within 6 months of starting his career in stand-up comedy, he was invited to share the stage with some of SA’s top comedy acts such as Riaad Moosa, Nik Rabinowitz, Kurt Schoonraad, Deep-fried man, Stuart Taylor as well as Kagiso Lediga.
He has regularly been added to the comedy bill at iconic festivals such as Rocking the River as well as Synergy Live.
